About Us

Pendulum was founded in 1999 and deals primarily with the resolution of non-performing residential mortgage loans and commercial loans and does not currently offer third party consumer (credit card) collection services. Pendulum is a privately-held corporation.

Pendulum manages over 50,000 non-performing residential mortgage loans, 10,000 commercial loans, and over 3,000 performing residential mortgages, with over Ps. 14 billion of book value.  It is headquartered in Mexico City, with offices or staff in Cancun, Chihuahua, Ciudad Juárez, Guadalajara, Cancún, Torreón, Mexicali, Tijuana, Monterrey, Mérida, and La Paz.

 

 

Pendulum services loans for a variety of investor groups organized under local vehicles, including:

• Sociedad Limitada de los Activos de Gramercy, S de R.L.
• Sociedad Corporativa para la Resolución de Activos y Propiedad S. de R.L. de C.V.

Pendulum works with a variety of outside service providers including attorneys, appraisers, real estate brokers, document storage services, and software providers to complement its internal staff of nearly 400 employees.

Pendulum is registered with the Mexican Credit Bureau.
